I think you should have waited a little more for a less strong sun.

Ideally you could have removed a few of the people on the beach and had your main character slightly off center (again)!

Lovely photo. I like the mood presented by the lighting; may be a bit too strong though.

Could fare better as a Black & White.

Would crop off the sky to balance the composition.

Pros:

Interesting spectacle. Almost looks like a human tree of sorts
Light Vs. Dark 3 looks the best

Cons:

Over-exposure and under-exposure are a bit too harsh to look intentional
Could use some more space on the bottom, so as not to cut off the figure's foot
Central composition is a bit bland

Overall opinion/feedback:

This looks like it was a tough shot to expose correctly. You're trying to work against the back lighting, which could work out nicely for a silhouette, except that the background doesn't really suit it. For a good silhouette the background should be more or less empty, otherwise the figure ends up competing with it.
